The SPF is just enough to keep my skin from burning, although I would recommend reapplying as needed to keep full coverage. If you burn easy you may want to get a higher SPF from this line, but I do think this one is effective at the least. I'd probably prefer a higher SPF myself, but again this does work. I appreciate that it's a spray and nice and light.
