Wow! afer 2 weeks, I have noticed less shedding, hair is thicker, and very shiny. i drink one every morning and will continue. I do use the shampoo and conditioner. big notice with my hair. I love it. Just try it.

I've been using the supplement and it's very easy to add to my daily routine. The powder mixes well and has a mild taste. I like that supports hair health from whitin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were horrible! I tried drinking them in my water and I took one so and could not finish anymore. The taste was chalky but the worst part was the antibiotic taste it made my water have. I literally gagged when I tried this.

I have used this and it dried my hair out the stuff really is worthless don’t know how they figure it is to help hair grow
