I add a few drops to my moisturizer and it gives the perfect fresh face hydrated look. Exactly what I was looking for 5 stars
The title says it all I would recommend this! I have used about half of the bottle and can see a tremendous improvement. I'm 70 years old, and now I look. Seriously! I took this picture today.
Glides on the face smoothly and easily...Leaves the face extremely moist and subtle...Very lightweight and compares to putting water on your face... dries down extremely fast...Highly Recommend.
Light weight. I use it after all my other skin care products. Sometimes I use this and then the rice protein oil control powder and that's it no other makeup
Amazing! I add a few drops to my Neutrogena Triple Moisturizer, and I am transported to My Happy Place! These 2 products together are by far my favorite!! (The triple moisturizer is the real winner though, but adding the hydro boost primer/serum just takes it to another level). I also purchased the tinted version of this primer/serum..it's nice, but definitely not the same. I think it'll be better in the summer when my makeup is more minimal. I do not wear a lot now, but I really go more bare in warmer months. I am so happy with the Hydro Boost Glow. I'm older now and fair/light skinned so the wear and tear of time are taking a toll...but this product (w/ the moisturizer) give me a glimpse back into my youth. I see that it is possible to recapture some of that dewy youth!
Never used a primer before. Like that you can use this product multiple ways, either by itself or under make up. I use two drops and my face almost immediately feels moisturized after I have washed it. I like it so far and it comes in very nice sturdy packaging. A little goes a long way.
It was a little too thin. However, out of the three I tried, it was the best.
I am deeply disappointed with the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Radiant Booster Primer %26 Serum. I purchased it based on a recommendation from a popular YouTube makeup influencer, who is generally reliable in her product suggestions. However, this product failed to enhance the radiance or longevity of my makeup. Furthermore, it is significantly more expensive than most drugstore primers available. This disappointment is particularly significant because Neutrogena is renowned for producing high-quality products.
So, I was using this on the days I worked and went to church (days I wore make up) so 4-5 days a week. Once a day! Anyway, you can use it daily, sometimes twice a day according to recommendations online. My skin got very textured, like rough, patchy, pores enlarged. This happened over the course of a couple months. It started a couple weeks after using it. I didn't think much of it, as I started a new job and thought it was the greasy building I work in (fast food). Fast forward. I have switched my cleaner and lotion and stopped using the neutrogena primer going on 4 days now and I have started a huge peeling process. I haven't had any un exposure, but this is severe. It definitely dehydrated my skin. It made fine lines appear, and really messed up my pores (because I was using the same products during the duration of time I used this product and noticed texture changes) the peeling started after I discontinued use. Do not recommend.
Received item used. The top had makeup smeared on it and had no box or protective seal when received. Returned immediately. So disgusting.
