Love it! It does plump the skin and makes it fresh n shiny. Sometimes, I just use it as my moisturizer for a natural look and no makeup. To me, it "wakes" up my skin to look vital and fresh. Amazing! I add a few drops to my Neutrogena Triple Moisturizer, and I am transported to My Happy Place! These 2 products together are by far my favorite!! (The triple moisturizer is the real winner though, but adding the hydro boost primer/serum just takes it to another level). I also purchased the tinted version of this primer/serum..it's nice, but definitely not the same. I think it'll be better in the summer when my makeup is more minimal. I do not wear a lot now, but I really go more bare in warmer months. I am so happy with the Hydro Boost Glow. I'm older now and fair/light skinned so the wear and tear of time are taking a toll...but this product (w/ the moisturizer) give me a glimpse back into my youth. I see that it is possible to recapture some of that dewy youth!

Never used a primer before. Like that you can use this product multiple ways, either by itself or under make up. I use two drops and my face almost immediately feels moisturized after I have washed it. I like it so far and it comes in very nice sturdy packaging. A little goes a long way.

This is a perfect primer for your makeup. It makes your face very smooth so your makeup goes on flawlessly.

I haven't used this under makeup as yet but as a moisture boost for my dry winter skin this has been fantastic!

I've been using it about 3 years. Found it after one of my daughters suggested it. I'm 80. It seems like a gentle product for older skin.

I love this primer. It's my second bottle and I was skeptical at first, since it's a serum. But it does well with my oily skin and doesnt make my foundation patchy like i was concerned it might.

I purchased it based on a recommendation from a popular YouTube makeup influencer, who is generally reliable in her product suggestions. However, this product failed to enhance the radiance or longevity of my makeup. Furthermore, it is significantly more expensive than most drugstore primers available. This disappointment is particularly significant because Neutrogena is renowned for producing high-quality products.
