Neutrogena Hydro Boost Plumping Mascara, Black/Brown 03,.21 oz

My daughter and I love this mascara. it is clean, waterproof, and doeant flake.

I have very sensitive dry eyes. This mascara stays on, doesn't clump, and with eye makeup remover; it comes off very easy. No stress to my eyes! Awesome!

I highly recommend this mascara. I had no idea it was plumping, but I says Waterproof, and by Neutrogena, whom I like. After trying it, it really worked! It stayed on for days, and really did not smudge - which is my issue. For some reason, I sweat under my eyes. It has been a struggle to find a mascara that truly does not smudge under my eyes. Well, this is it!!

Although i have used Neutrogena skin products for over 30 years this is my first eye product. So far i have been pleased with the results. I am switching my routine from discontinued Healthy Skin products to the Hydro Boost products and decided to give the mascara a try.

I really enjoyed the thickening aspects of this mascara, but it took a while to dry down....and can get on eyelids due to how wet it is. After having opening it and having a couple of weeks go by, that is less of an issue. It does stay on in the most humid conditions, but it can flake a bit too. A bit more of a struggle to remove, but that's the case for all waterproof mascars. I think it is a great waterproof mascara for the price point.

I was very disappointed with this product. Shame on Neutrogena. My lashes didn't look longer and within 2 weeks the product was so dry and clumpy that it barely worked at all any more. I ended up throwing it away and buying another product.

It burned my eyes when I applied it so I cannot use it. It does clump some too.

I thought that I would try this different waterproof mascara as I have used Mabelline for ever. I can go to bed with it on and sweat and do not have any smudges. I just got out of the tub and have smudges under my eyes. I guess I will stick to my Mabelline waterproof.

Item damaged and I have to return it

I had to stop work, go to the restroom and wash this stuff off. My eyes burned and teared for a while even after I washed it off. Definitely not for me.
