The product is fine. But can you ease up on the packaging? It's very deceptive in the way the packaging makes it look like there is more product that their is. The box has filler and so does the actual container. All that adds to waste in the landfill.

Receiving this item makes me seriously question whether Walmart exercises any quality control over the seller. This Neutrogena face cream in a jar arrived inside the manufacturer's box, which looked like it had sat on a clearance shelf for months — the box was very worn out, wrinkled, and falling apart. The Sell By Date was obscured by a label. Some of the information on the packaging was in ARABIC — I cannot imagine where it originated. Now I am very wary of ordering from Walmart online.

I use this product daily (love it!) and this time I purchased it through Walmart . They shipped me a very old container of it and even the labeling on the box isn't in English. I believe this is Arabic. The bottle was in their “old look.” I've included a picture of the new look. I had to return this container to a store and the C.S. employee almost didn't believe that it came from their store because none of the labels would even scan! Thankfully there was one label that showed the correct number she let me exchange the product for one in the store. I pay for the convenience of Walmart so this is unacceptable.

This 2-pack of Neutrogena moisturizer was damaged, opened, retaped shut, and had no safety seal. The outside package was labeled “Walmart” and had no damage. I'm so confused- is it used and returned? Refilled? Is this even safe? I have photos. Why does Walmart sneak random retailers in? It's deceitful and could even be dangerous. This is an expensive purchase for me. Now what do I do with it? I assumed I was purchasing safe products from trusted brands of Walmart and Neutrogena. I feel scammed.

Not at all fragrance free. Completely inaccurate. I don't know why the fragrance free formula is no longer being sold but I was very excited when I saw that Walmart still had fragrance free in stock. I ordered these instantly under the falsehood of the title. I just got regular hydroboost and I am beyond disappointed. I should be refunded as this product is not what is listed.

It came taped up and damaged and it's not fragrance free.

I happened to love Neutrogena and really wanted to like this. This literally burned my face-it's gonna take a long while for me to recover. My skin flared so red looked alike I was sunburned. Now I'm left with a dry scaly red layers intermittently app over my face-my chin is the worst. I got a sample a couple years ago and no issue-I see many posts stating they changed it and I agree 100%.

This listing is purposefully misleading. I basically never write reviews on things I buy, but felt this was so explicit in its lying that I needed to write one. The product listing clearly states these lotions are fragrance free, but the items that came have perfume. Parfum is explicitly stated in the ingredients. Plus the copywrite date for the brand name is listed as 2021, which makes me think these are old. I just feel like Johnson %26 Johnson would've updated the copywrite since then.

Wrong product sent with open box. Everything on box is written in Spanish. Seems to be fake product. Don't buy from this seller, get it from the store instead.
