Neutrogena Intense Gel Eyeliner with Vitamin E, Jet Black, 0.004 oz

This eyeliner is perfection. I was astonished by its staying power. It did not flake or smudge even after a long and busy day and it did not bother my sensitive eyes. The product itself is the perfect consistency, not too hard that it will break but able to smoothly glide on without being messy like some liquid liners. The black is intense and remains that way until you are ready to take it off. I like the style of the pen; it is thicker than many similar liners which makes it easier to handle. I highly recommend.

I've been using Neutrogena gel eyeliner lately. It's a bit thicker than I expected, but glides on smoothly and leaves a bold line. I love how easy it is to apply and how well it holds up in Seattle's wet weather, especially during fall and winter. The retractable tip is super convenient. While it might not be my absolute favorite, it's definitely a solid option.

This eyeliner is TINY. Shrinkflation at its max. There is hardly any product here. It doesn't last very long at all for the price. I will not be purchasing it again.

I ordered this twice because it is never in stock! Again, this was NOT delivered! So disappointed because Walmart won't tell you! Instead, they just CANCEL entire order regardless if you paid!! I love this product because it doesn't irritate my eyes!

Arrived dried up and I threw away the box before I realized, otherwise I would have returned it. I've purchased previously with no issues. Definitely disappointed.

chalky not gel does not go on smooth

When I finally realized my eyes are s sensitive to many mainstream eye makeup products, I ditched all my Maybelline, Revlon, and CoverGirl products and bought Neutrogena. Unfortunately,b their gel eyeliner is even worse for my sensitive eyes. It will make my eyes sting and cause filminess all day. Bought four of them, but will have to get rid of them too. Disappointed
