I love this stuff. It's the only thing I use to take off my makeup because it doesn't irritate my skin or my eyes. I liked the jelly better because of the consistency but the milk works very similarly

When they say melting they mean it! As a woman of colour my makeup stands out on the make up wipes. If i use a Neutrogena Make Up Removing Wipes after the Make Up Melting Lotion, there us nothing coming off on the wipe! This has been game changing for me!

It works great as a cleanser on its own as well, and I use it often to remove my sunscreen quickly and easily before doing the rest of my skincare routine. It is not overdrying and leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized. It seamlessly removes eye makeup, including waterproof, without having to aggressively rub my sensitive eye area. It is very affordable and worth the money because you only need a little bit for it to be effective, so it lasts a long time.

I recently tried the Neutrogena Makeup Melting Micellar Cleansing Milk and while I liked it, I didn't love it. Don't get me wrong - it's a gentle and non-foaming cleanser that effectively removes regular makeup and sunscreen. However, I found that it struggles to thoroughly cleanse waterproof makeup. I had to use a separate makeup remover to get rid of all the stubborn waterproof eye makeup. It's still a decent cleansing milk, but if you wear a lot of waterproof makeup, this might not be the best option. 4/5 stars from me!
