When they say melting they mean it! As a woman of colour my makeup stands out on the make up wipes. If i use a Neutrogena Make Up Removing Wipes after the Make Up Melting Lotion, there us nothing coming off on the wipe! This has been game changing for me!

This actually gets most of your makeup off by itself, it's actually like using a makeup eraser on your face. I have been trying to find an eye makeup remover, but with this I don't need it.

I love this stuff but it is getting harder to find so I hope they don't discontinue this. I use it in the shower. Apply it and massage it in for a couple minutes and then rinse. Keeps my skin soft and has eliminated the need for moisturizer.

I bought this because I can no longer find Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing Daily Face Wash + Makeup Remover. I used Neutrogena Naturals for years and have been trying to find a replacement cleanser. I don't think this cleanser removes makeup nearly as well. It is thinner, has a peculiar smell and is not completely removing my non-waterproof mascara which is Neutrogena Healthy Volume.

Im a long time user and lover of this product. However, this order has been tampered with and diluted. Real product is thick and white. My advice would be to order from reputable store: neutrogena site, ulta, etc...
