This primer exceeded my expectations. I have oily skin and use a lot of matte products but noticed they make me look a bit older now. I always want products with spf because I have a lot of freckles. I was looking for something that would give me a glow but not make me oily and this is spot on! I use a moisturizing face wash then just put this on and I have the most beautiful glow that shines through my matte foundation but doesn't make me oily. In fact I feel it keeps me matte longer. Doesn't offer much coverage but works great with makeup and even for those days you don't wear makeup but want sun protection!

I have been using this product for several years.I apply it after moisturizer dries, before I apply make up. It smooths out my complexion and is great before applying blush. I do not need to use foundation.

Feels great on my skin
This is a great primer with a slight tint. I have fair skin and sometimes I just use the primer alone because it really makes my skin look great. I was just hoping for a little extra sunscreen for another layer of protection but this makes my skin feel nice too. I'll definitely buy again!

Perfect Foundation
This foundation is perfect because it is easily applied with just the right color for me Light/Medium. And the price is reasonable. I will definitely purchase again.

Little to No Oil Control.
They discontinued the black Neutrogena shine control primer with rice protein. I was hoping this would be just like it. It was absolutely not. It went on very smooth like silk, so I could believe it would hide pores if I had any showing. But, there was little oil control with it. I have oily skin, even on my eyelids. With this version, I had to keep adding powder to get oily again less than an hour later, and my eye makeup was sliding off. Way worse than the black version.
