Neutrogena Precision Liquid Eyeliner Makeup, Jet Black, 0.013 fl. oz

My go to most of the time.. Smokey Kohl Deep Navy (40) I like it because when i ak for a navy..It's actually a navy .. and one that can be seen as such...stays on ...never over messy...stays on my inner rim as well.. I can go thin with the liner or thick .. lasts very long does not need to be over rolled up. does not break ...and does not need sharpening ... so it really lasts ... I change up my eyeliners in between, but this one is my most used....

Have been able to use any eye makeup brand until last couple of years due to eye sensitivity. So starting using Department brand, because could tolerate and stayed on. Decided to try Neutrogena again when noticed new Kohl and Gel liners. I like Kohl so tried it first in gray and navy. WOW!! Very impressed with wearability, intensity, ease of application, and price. Then had to order plum online, because could not find in stores. Will definitely continue to use these liners. Just hope, they come out with dark green or aubergine colors. Have dark brown eyes, and think either black or dark brown colors do not enhance my eyes. I also hope they keep liners in their lineup instead of every few months or years they quit selling them. Then I will b forced to go back to Department brand.

the best!! the colour is so dark and looks amazing on the waterline! I dont use any other kohl after trying this! absolute essential. Lasts really well, reapplies amazing! My eye type makes it easy for kohl to smudge since I squint my eyes a lot, but I found if you apply concealer and powder under your eyes immediately after applying the kohl, it doesn't transfer! this is my absolute favourite kohl eyeliner!!

So this was a customer service issue. And I Will Say they were right up on top of this. They sent this out right away as a replacement for an item that was no longer for sale. They were fantastic at the customer service issues and offered me something I had never tried before. I LOVE LOVE LOVE what they offered me to replace my item. I’m now gonna add this item to my regular makeup routine. Thank you for a real customer service that actually takes the time to talk to you!!!! All is good with me!!!!!!!!!

Great eyeliner that goes on easily and lasts all day, but easy to take off when you want to. I wish you made it in a lighter gray - the gray one you have is too close to black.

This PLUM kohl eyeliner is the perfect color and stays on all day without smearing. Until I came across this pencil, I had tried many others. I will use this eyeliner for as long as it is available as it is my favorite and outperforms all others.

I thought I would like it more, based on other reviews. It glides on better than other brands for a kohl eyeliner, but I'm not in love with it. the dark plum is a very nice color and gives me an option to my standard brown (I have light blue eyes). I do not like black eyeliner...way too harsh. What is my biggest dislike is not being able to sharpen it. It is now a very fat line that I have to adjust with pressure to keep it skinny. Just a bit more taxing to put on, but not a deal breaker. The biggest win is the color, so I will continue to purchase for that simple reason.

It actually didn’t make my eyes hurt, which is really rare for eyeliner, but it was so dry that it was really hard to use. I’m hoping I just got a defective one

What the actual hell is in this eye liner? It took two days of Patanol drops to get my eyes to stop burning, You stopped producing the eyeliner I've used forever and so I was hoping I could switch over to this but I might as well just go ahead and pour hydrochloric acid in my eyes and be done with it.

The quality of this eyeliner is very poor. It feels very dry at touch and when applying it, it doesn't let you finish your makeup because is like you have expose the tip for too long.
