This product started working from day one. I couldn't believe that I could see a difference so soon, but it was definitely noticeable. The sun spots on my face are not completely gone, and I did not expect that, but they are significantly lighter! I'm very happy with this product and enthusiastically recommend it!

I have used this item for several years. I had a problem with my face being very red since the mid 90s. This is the only product I found that took care of that problem.

I have known %26 used Neutrogena products for more than 25 years. This product should be as good. (It will take 4 months maybe to obtain the results advertised.)

From the very first application it started working. Two days later it was difficult to find the previous dark spot. And today I have fewer dark spot!

I read the reviews for this, and a lot of people were complaining that it took so long for them to see results or seeing none at all, or writing their review a few weeks after they received it, and obviously this kind of stuff doesn't work overnight and takes some time. I've been using it for a month now and I have already seen my sun damage spots, melasma, lightening. Everyone says it only works if you use it every single day, but my skin is very sensitive so I was using it every other day or so. I was only putting it directly on the melasma. This past week I have been using it every night and just 2 days ago, it has been irritating my skin, making it burn when I put it on and now the spots are red, and my skin is actually peeling off. I am going to hold off for about a week and start using it again. My melasma on my forehead and cheekbones were actually very dark and if I try to cover it up with makeup, the spots turn black. I'm very hopeful that this will continue to lighten the spots until fall when I can get a chemical peel. I'm only 41, and my melasma started about 5 years ago. Everyone, please make sure your kids wear sunscreen, especially on their face! Growing up my mom never had me or my brothers use sunscreen and I tan very well and never burned, but the sun is so bad for your skin!! I now occasionally burn and sometimes even blister when I'm in the sun even though I always use sunscreen that is SPF 50 to 100 on my face. My spots get darker every year despite wearing a hat and sunscreen! Again, make sure your kids wear sunscreen!! The 1st pic is before starting this, 2nd is after using it 2 weeks, 3rd is last week, 4th and 5th are right now. The last 2 still show that my spots are a lot lighter, but it shows how they've turned red after using it for multiple days in a row. I will probably need to order another tube in the next 2 weeks or so...others say it doesn't last long at all (obviously it will run out much sooner if you use it everyday) but for the low price and results, it is definitely worth it!

A friend had to tell me this should be used at night. For $20 you can at least include that instruction. This goes on sticky (my face was dry and freshly cleaned), and peels off. I did a pearl sized drop and it does cover your whole face, it smells like it should work. Week one it hasn't made a difference except peeling (not even peeling the dark spots either, just peeling).

It flakes off when dry %26 is pretty gross. I think it does do something superficial but does not have longlasting results. J havent noticed much of a difference in my skin. I've definitely used way better vitamin C products in the past. Maybe it shouldnt be mixed with retinol?

The spot corrector, which I've used now for about two weeks, seems to have been no help at all. I still have the spots on my face, the discoloration has not lessened at all. I will say the packaging is at lease better (much better) that the first spot corrector I tried. That was just a mess. Whoever designed that dispenser probably never tried it out. It was also a lot more expensive. I'm not finished using the Neutrogena product yet, but unless something truly substantial happens before I'm finished with it, I seriously doubt that I will purchase it again.

I've used Neutrogena Rapid Tone Retinol product as recommended for two weeks now and feel that this product doesn't conceal or clear the Sun spots on my face.
