Smokey Kohl Nutrogena Eye Liner pencil Drk Brwn
Love this eyeliner pencil. Easy to use and just the perfect color. My eyes are Dark Brown/Black and Olive skin. This is perfect:)

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Being from Canada I didn’t even know Neutrogena had a makeup line. Oh I hope I can find back home. I’ve used many gel eyeliners but this one takes the win hands down!! It doesn’t skip, drag or smudge and the Smoky Kohl, wow! Looking forward to trying their other cosmetics..LOVE,LOVE, LOVE❣️

HORRIBLE- DO NOT BUY
THE WORST EYELINER EVER!!!! Do not buy!!! I had high hopes for this because i loved the neutrogena nourishing eyeliner which is now discontinued stupidly. This stuff is junk. It flaked off and went into my eyes and irritated them so badly. Then was impossible to get off! Just do not buy it.
