I have psoriasis in the scalp and T gel is a lifesaver For me And for my type of hair is great But it does have a small odor, but not bad it's mainly minty. And it is not expensive at all. The value of it is great, so I highly highly recommend it. It was recommended to me by a Dermatologist.
This product has a strong medicinal scent, and is fairly thick. My dad used to get this product for me when he would get samples at the dermatologist. I find it to be drying, which some people may like. I find I have flakey dry scalp, so this can sometimes strip my scalp and my hair too much of its oils. I like using this every once in a while for a nice scrub and reset.
This is an expensive shampoo, but you don't need to use alot. It lathers well. This is not only effective for dandruff, but also a good shampoo if you have an itchy or sore scalp. The smell is different (difficult to describe), which I like because it is not a strong perfume and/or flower scent. Recommended to those who have problem scalps. It's soothing and helps. Give it time. It works, at least it does for me.
Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo is a highly effective solution for dandruff, psoriasis, and itchy scalp. The formula works quickly to relieve irritation and significantly reduces flaking after just a few washes. While the scent is strong and medicinal, it reflects the powerful ingredients inside. The packaging is practical, and considering how little you need per wash, it offers great value for money.
Sometimes I have an itchy scalp and I use this shampoo few times to sort it out. It cleans very well but dries your hair so I use it whenever needed. It's something that I always have in my house. Smell can be funny for some people, it smells a bit like petrol but I absolutely love that. A true therapy!
I have been using this for years. Don't ever stop making it. I have tried the combo shampoo and conditioner but that did not work for my scalp psoriasis. If you struggle with this issue, the Original Shampoo Formula T/Gel by Neutrogena is for you.
I started using T/Gel about 10 years ago, after going to my hair cut, and was told by my "Stylist" that I had Psoriasis. I ask her, "What can I use", she recommended Neutrogena, T-Gel. I have been using it ever since. Now, I don't have Psoriasis, dandruff, or any other scalp problems. I LOVE the product. Bill
I use this product on my hair every wash. It worked wonders for me unlike other brands and is actually more affordable and effective. The scent is alright not the worst.
A best and perfect shampoo for itchy and rough scalp made is smooth and effective after its first use.its perfect value for money and scent free for best results.
This shampoo works fast and it works well. If your scalp ever decides to act up with itching, flaking, or that stubborn dandruff that refuses to leave, this stuff shuts it down within a couple uses. It's not the type of shampoo you buy for the smell or the vibe, it's the one you keep in your shower because it actually fixes the problem. The relief is noticeable, the results are consistent.
