it cleared my nose on the first try. I've used it as directed, and this morning it was like my nose and chest were cleaning out whatever is going on in there. I will continue using it and hope that it will fix my problem. Hopefully, it's just allergies and nothing serious.

heavier then expected. came with nice size bag of salt. says fill half way with salt, hard to tell what half is. breath in mouth out by nose it says. small salt taste, no after effects, but yet just enough to help fight cigarette cravings. i hope this works well with my copd.

Bought this for my brother who has COPD and has a lot of lung congestion. He has been using the salt inhaler for approximately 3 weeks. Yesterday he said he hasn't had much congestion for a week now. He is on oxygen therapy 24/7 and although he still can't do without oxygen, he is able to do a little more without getting so winded. Even a small improvement is better than none. Hoping he will do even better the longer he uses the salt inhaler. I do recommend you try it, but as with anything results will probably vary by person and condition.

I bought this inhaler for when my allergies get bad and it starts affecting my breathing. I've also had asthma as a kid and this inhaler is good for that too. So far breathing in salt air does seem to help. I've been using it every day for maybe 15 min a day %26 my lungs appreciate it. Worth the money.

I use it 5 minutes a day Everyday. I have less mucus and I dont sneeze nealy as much as i use too. Buy one. look up the BENEFITS of inhaling salt on google.

So far I enjoy the inhaler. I like how I feel after the inhalations. To see the long-lasting results Iwould have to use it for a longer period of time.

it was very heavy, I prefer the old one it came with a little bag and it was plastic and it was much easier to fill. this one is just too awkward to hang on to you and breathe through I don't know why you changed it but there must have been a reason I do not like the ceramic one is too heavy 😡

Sent me a returned used inhaler no instructions it had residue of the salt on the bottom, the box was torn open. This is unaceptable and disgusting. I am not paying return shipping Send me a new one unopened.
