The box arrived badly damaged and one of the panels was scraped, thankfully it wasn't any concerning damage though and overall remained in good condition. The instructions were labeled step by step with each piece numbered, but it took me a while to figure it out as there weren't any words used for the instructions. ALSO!! You'll more than likely have to seal up all the corners, as it will leak water and substrate might slip between. Also the circular holes at the back wall for the wires WILL pop out very very easily, and needs to be glued in place.

Easy to assemble, waterproof, no odor, 10 years warranty, and looks great! I purchased two of these. I already have a smaller and same one that I got at a pet store, so I know what I was going to get. This is a way better price. At the pet store it cost around $350 for a 46x18x16. Will definitely recommend.

This enclosure is a great option for small reptiles. The ECOFLEX material feels sturdy and well-made, and it was surprisingly easy to assemble without needing a ton of tools or patience. The glass front gives a clear view and makes feeding and cleaning simple. I also like that it holds heat and humidity well, which is important depending on what you're keeping inside. The size is perfect for smaller reptiles or as a starter enclosure, though you may need to upgrade as your pet grows. Overall, it's a durable, good-looking enclosure that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Definitely worth it for the price.

Bought this for my leopard gecko and absolutely love it, except that I have very talented escape artist crickets who manage to find their way out of the habitat through the side vents. The assembly was very easy and quick, and the habitat is very durable. Just don't get fooled by the picture shown in the product description-it doesn't come with a stand.

I ordered two of these and they are nice looking and really easy to put together. One of the panels came with a small hole in it though. Too much hassle returning it and waiting on another one. The box was undamaged and packed well. This hole would have been there before packaged.

Walmart sent me the wrong one. then I had to fight them to get it returned. I finally got it returned and had to fight them to get them to send me the new one. they sent me the new one and it was exactly the same one that they gave me the first time. completely incorrect a second time. this has been a month-long ordeal with hours on the phone and the stupid chat bots. I will never order anything from Walmart again. garbage customer service, complete lack of any sort of quality control, all compounded by total and absolute incompetence. if it was possible to give negative stars, I would.

The product came with damages. I tried contacting the seller through the website sent all information needed and apparently it got lost. They issued a refund that I never received. Then they asked for all the information again, I was told they were going to replce the damaged parts but I had to wait for the manufacturer to make the parts because they were out. And here I am with no refund and no replacements.

ordered the 60" got the 36". customer service sent out replacement. that one was also 36 in. so now i have 2 enclosures to drag back to walmart and no enclosure for my adult disabled bearded dragon after over a month of issues. stop advertising items you apparently fo not have walmart

Was advertised as 60 inch, I purchased as 60 in. recd 36 in. returned as incorrect item, recd another 36 in... I haves screen shots. Cannot stand False advertising.
