I love and shopped out but I've always owned is a single over the ear hanging Bluetooth.. I used to always have Plantronics but they stopped my model. I've done okay with the other ones I got from Walmart they were perfectly fine.
I bought two different models this time so always had a backup but the earpieces now are all the floppy hook. And the part that goes in the ear hurts. The rubber pieces that go on the ear speaker phone are weird.. I've had over the ear Bluetooth before and they usually just have a soft ring that goes around it instead the rubber is designed to dive into the ear canal. I have to assume this must be some sort of method that means the noise canceling? Well instead it cut down the sound. With my last Bluetooth (that just died) I had for years eventually wouldn't take a charge anymore. I never had it on high, I had it on low to medium setting, that's enough so I'm very disappointed in the sound and what I've purchased because I keep it at high and it's like low compared to my former Bluetooths.. I took a tiny pair of scissors and got the rubber to just slip around the earpiece and expose the speaker front, it seems to be a better but ergonomically is not comfortable sitting in my ear. The ear hook is not firm, the hook flip-flops all over it's difficult to just get it on the ear and collapses every which way until I take two hands to strap it over my ear. So I found my old hard earpiece hook and put it on there instead. The thin firm plastic hooks were was fine, though they are brittle and break at times, so I kept extras. This flip floppy hook is not secure.
