I gave this a 5 star for the Sound and for how long it has lasted even though it's cheaply made. Its broken in the areas where you adjust it on your head,but it still works, I just had to tape up those sides. I have been rought with it. There is no bettery life for this because it does not need or have a charging port,its 3.5mm audio plug headset. The sound is crisp. I need a more sturdier headset though.
I really like this headset. You can use it on your laptop or desktop. With interchangeable to a USB port it great. The quality is great. I work from home as a call center agent, so noise cancelling is very important. I would definitely recommend these headphones
I like this item because it works with my laptop. And it comes with an adapter. So it will also work with a tablet or phone.

When I turn it on, after about 10 seconds it says”pairing”, even though it's already paired. Turning it off and back on again fixes the issue, until the next time. I expected a mute button in the mic, instead you mute yourself by flipping up the boom mic.
we returned it's Michaud poor sound quality whereas another similarly priced headset on the same PC had excellent Mic sound.
The usb cord was to large for my computer.
It makes a consistent beep, and my clients can't hear me at times
it takes long to get to work and then its low volume and people cant hear me
