My grandson loves the dragon. I think customer service could have been better so tighten up Walmart you got billions of dollars-get organized and teach your employees to appreciate their jobs! Thank you.

Great entertainment for my nephews
I purchased two of these monsters from the past for my nephews. Both just LOVED playing with this Dragon! So glad I got this as a present for them!

Wings don't flap
Overall, this is a good present. My son really liked it. However, the quality is not great. The wings don't flap at all. My son was a little disappointed.

Doesn't work
Remote doesn't work on arrival. You can press 300 buttons on the remote and it will work only one of those times

Multiple broken on arrival
I bought two of these one from a store and one online both came in with the exact same issue. call the company service representative. They blame the store Walmart. It is a terrible product. The wings are broken time you get it.
