Comes almost fully assembled just need to screw on the top bed would recommend using a electric drill with screw attachment or electric screwdriver as holes in the pole are NOT pre drilled for you! Put together in 2 mins tops and all set to go. Condo smells like oak so a nice pleasant scent, beds are big and base is wide which makes it more sturdy and less likely to fall over. Looks so great in my office for my furry kids, love it!!

Great Quality cat tree, love the carpet & color, large size perches which will hold a large cat, I have one large cat, the rest of my cats are medium to small size. All 5 cats Love it! Three of them got in it before putting on the top perch. The top perch was the only part that I had to attach when received. I had a difficult time screwing in the screws so I had to get my buddy Dave to use his drill and it was a bit hard for him too to get it screwed in all the way but he finally got it done. The whole tree is very sturdy, not a cheap flimsy thing. I have several different trees and this one is made much better than the others.

This cat tree and condo is 5 stars is was easy to install took me 5 minutes to install the top perch with a cordless screwdriver driver. My cat absolutely loves it!! I have a 17 pound cat it's very strong. If you want a strong cat tree and condo it's worth the money. Very happy with the purchase.

Build very well. Strong and sturdy. Good carpeting. Although it's taking time for my cats to adjust to having having a cat tree, (they're not sure about it yet) the quality of this product is excellent. I would recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It was mostly put together when it arrived.was impressed with the round cubby beds, the size was very roomy for my Large cats. Very Sturdy.two of my big cats shared a cubby

bottom part was assembled very nicely. the very top section was not assembled and 4 screws were provided which after being screwed in still provided a very wobbly section. I ordered a set of L brackets from Walmart and used those to secure the top firmly. be ready to do the same or your cats will go flying off of the top section. otherwise good product so far

Extremely difficult to attach the top "seat" to the tree pole. I still haven't been able to do it completely. Two bottom sections could be set up so cats can jump from one to the other more easily.

I missed that this description said some assembly required. The top circle was not attached. Even though it had screws to attach it, we could never get it to affix properly. I had to pay a handyman about $40 to fix it. Save yourself the effort and buy one you know is totally assembled.

I had higher expectations regarding the quality of this cat condo based on the picture and description ... I expected better carpet (more claw resistant) and more sisal rope (compare advertised on left and actual on right in picture). Not consistent with what was shown. This will not last.

I ordered this New Cat Condos cat tree because I have had them before. I had the last one for almost 8 years before needing to replace it. This item is NOT the same quality, It does not even assemble like the other ones I have owned. There were screws to attach the top bed. There were NO holes for the screws or way to see if it was in the center. The carpet is very cheap and has already torn apart on the bottom pole. It makes me think that it is NOT the New Cat Condo brand, but a knock off!!!
