EXCELLENT
When I received this item, I was very pleased to see how well it was made. It's larger than I thought, and is very well balanced and sturdy. The carpeting is secure and the rope that the kittens now use is holding up. I thought that having an all carpet scratching post would be better; and, I've never had one like this before. Now, I realize that some NEW things really ARE better than what we are used to. I highly recommend this scratching unit to anyone who loves cats. My cats can stretch out on it and they love to use it. What a relief that is, lol... I still use the door hanging scratchers with carpet, and this company makes NICE ones of those, too... If you have any hesitation to buy one of these, don't !!! It's well worth the money and seems like it will LAST!

Cat Condo has good design.
Like the design of cat scratching post but carpet tufts come off easily, which is disappointing!

Meh. Cats didn't like it much. The carpet is too thin it is like they are scratching a board.

Need better packaging
Very disappointed in the delivery aspect of the product. Box was torn and ripped and it was damp and wet outside. My package was left out exposed to the inclement weather. However, the packaging of my product already looked like it had been damaged and thrown around.
