New Cat Condos Triple-Level Cat Perch, 33 in, Gray

We recently adopted a 12 yr. old cat and found most cat trees in pet stores too awkward for her to get on. Because this has 3 steps or sections she can ""walk"" up. Within 2 minutes of Fedex delivering it she was already checking out the scenery from the top perch. Price was reasonable too.

I didn't expect it to be as heavy or well made as it is, and it came fully assembled. Overall I got a much higher quality scratcher than expected. I ordered three other kinds of scratchers, from other brands, around the same time and for a similar price and they are cheaply made compared to this one. My babies of all sizes love it, even my chonky girl who's about 20 lbs can fit. I would purchase this again and recommend it.

For the price I purchased 2, these are very sturdy and well made. Tall enough for my cats to look out of the window. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend as these are built to last. Quality and value as well.

This is a great shorter cat tree for all sizes of cats. It is easy for the older cat to climb as it is almost like steps. It is very sturdy and well-made.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? This is the VERY FIRST cat condo among many that came ALREADY ASSEMBLED!! My first thought was that the huge box was packed with protective shipping padding and to my utter surprise when I opened it up, it was all ready to set up! A rating!

So happy with the quality of this. My cat flipped for it and the size is just puuuuuurfect

Finally something big enough for my plump kitties. They love it. My cat is 16 pounds and still fits on smallest top shelf.

Osiris "Si" is a 15 pound, senior kitty. He has been on the step cat tower as soon as it was out of the box. It could be improved by adding about 6 inches more to the width and 6 inches to the depth. Don't get me wrong, his Fatness has been on it since day one, but he tends to hang off of it. It is very sturdy, made well and I didn't have to put it together. Make a "Fat Cat" tower and I will buy one. I had a cat that weighed 21 pounds and there is no way Chessie would have fit on this thing. What do Maine Coons do?

Here is the scoop. Kitties would have nothing to do with them for the first few days, and I could not be in the same room with them for long as they gave off [and continue to give off] a foul odor. I imagine it from the materials used in making the Cat Condos: thus, four stars. The actual condo is three levels, sturdy and very stable. The best part was that they [I bought two] did not require assembly. They arrived fully assembled!!!! It is unfortunate that they have this foul odor. I have had them out of doors and will again put them out of doors until the odors dissipate as it caused one of my felines [11 years young ] to have asthma episodes. Imagine! And is wreaking havoc with me and my asthma. Otherwise, I love them.... :-) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I wish the top perch were wider. It's a really nice quality cat tree, works for my Maine Coon kitten but not my full grown 20 lb Maine Coon!
