These are very high quality supplements, no guesswork here. I take for osteoporosis and like how well they do their job. My nails are in great shape, too.

I have been taking 15 years everyday due to frail bones. I was diagnosed with chronic bone disease. I have fallen several times but no bone breaks.

Bone strength slim tabs are my go to for plant based calcium, easy to swallow, time released tabs. I purchased these for better absorption. Plant based calcium has been shown improve bone density in DEXA scans. My next scan is later this month and I can't wait to see improvement.

First month taking this supplement to reduce my osteoporosis numbers. No negative reactions. Had to decrease my magnesium intake, as my body absorbs this new supplement. Good sign, as it means absorption is occurring. Won't know if bone density increases until next bone scan, two years from now.

I have osteoporosis,; i was on the reclast shot to help strengthen my bones. The dr changed the yearly shot to a pill and I ended up with bad side effects. I stoped the pill researched bone pills. I found new chapter bone strength . And now my bones are stable calcium is great. I take 3 a day faithfully.

After purchasing a small bottle of this product locally, i was really pleased abd decided to order a larger bottle from walmart marketplace. I specifically chose Swanson, even though they were more, because most of the other sellers were showing the newer formula values, which has HALF the amount of D3 as the original formula I had prebiously used. unfortunately, their photos and description were out of date, so i received the NEW formula. i have already written to New Chapter to get info about the change. would appreciate sellers keeping their product descriptions up to date!

Never again will I order vitamins or otc meds with Walmart. The first item was gly-oxide, which arrived with the package opened and bottle unsealed. Waited 2-3 weeks for it, then it was unusable. It was the 3rd party's handling of the matter. He/She should have not mailed an opened bottle and box. I had to order elsewhere, and still do not have the product. The second items was a vitamin. It was delayed in Indy and in Chi because of inspections, I suppose. The bottle was received with the cap broken but vitamins OK. The 3rd item just received after 3 weeks, another vitamin/supplement. Just buy them at the store. The USPS is nosey and think all of us are shipping narcotics apparently. The purchase gets held up. Received in good shape.

Product is short dated. I received the same item from you several months ago and that bottle and a longer expiration date than this one.

I tried for a second time taking this calcium supplementation and it gave me gas, cramps, and even spasms after continuing for almost a week, since I wasn't sure what was creating this condition. I usually have no digestive problems. I had started with one tablet a day with my lunch. Just so you know. Careful!
