It also improved overall mood. The capsules are kind of large but not too difficult to swallow. There was a minimal undesirable after taste, but it was tolerable. It helps with pre menopausal symptoms. They make me feel less bloated and helped with my hot flashes. Nice product and company!

These pill packs don't seem to be as full as any of the previous bottles of this item that I have purchased. They also appeared to have some weird packaging problems to the pills. I ended up not taking them just in case there was something wrong with them. See attached photo. I didn't send them back because I wasn't sure what would be done with them.

Perhaps I wasn't the target market for this particular product based on my age, but it didn't help me.
