My husband has been taking New Chapter every mans one daily 40+ multivitamin and he's been very happy with it. He likes that it's just one tablet a day and most importantly it doesn't upset his stomach. It's easy to add his daily routine, and we like that it contains a good variety of vitamins and minerals. The tablets have a mild smell and are easy to take. There isn't much of a taste. The consistency and quality of the tablets seem good. Overall, it has been a great addition to his daily routine and we would definitely recommend it.

Swapping this for a well-known brand's general blend multivitamin that offered 'meh' results I am shocked at the difference in how much better my body feels. Nearly tasteless, easy to swollow and just one reasonably sized tablet per day filled with a lengthy list of vitamins & minerals found in the best supplement brands *AND* additional TOP-SHELF blends to support cardio, digestive, prostate, stress and energy support. Also New Chapter adds in ginger and organic turmeric, which given all the health benefits long associated with these ingredients only strengthens the case for making this part of your daily routine. A few days in and I already am feeling a pep on my step, a reduction in my brain fog and am sleeping better at night (all likely related). I am so pleased I am now looking at a couple of their other formulas, including for the rest of my family so we all can feel and live better.

I wish they would have used methylcobalamin for the b12 instead of the cheap cyanocobalamin. Fairly cheap price but also uses cheap ingredients. Comes in a nice glass bottle though...
