I take this this product first thing in the morning with a warm tea of apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, sea salt & a little honey. Talk about a caffeine alternative - perhaps B is for Buzz as well as Beneficials. I stopped for 5 days as a test, then returned to my routine. Sure enough, what I feel is real. I'm hooked!

Wow, what a difference in my overall experience with these vitamins than anything else I've tried. Not only do I feel better. But also I have a stomach ulcer that is easily irritated, with these vitamins NO problems. Woohoo

I have enjoyed this product. I have been diagnosed with low B 12 and added this product to my daily routine. The only complaint that I have is that I'm having trouble going to sleep, may or may not be related to B complex though...

I bought the Coenzyme B vitamins because they promise to boost your energy level. I haven't seen anything yet, I have been taking them approximately 2 weeks. I'll have to do an update.

Although I didn't buy it for this purpose...my nails and hair started to grow real fast after a week with my previous purchase of Vitamin B complex. I liked the results, so I reordered, and the box stated, "new look". OK but why nothing said about change in formula? Not getting the same results unfortunately.

Seal compromised

I have been taking this for more than 3 weeks now. Because of the good reviews, I bought 2 bottles but I have not seen any POSITIVE effect at all. I anything, I feel more tired and moody taking it.
