I actually am at the end of the bottle so I can give it an honest review. I absolutely swear by these now! They actually do help in keeping my immune system up and working! I have not gotten sick since taking them while my family has. At first they smell as though you can imagine: fermented vitamins. I'm familiar and eat fermented foods so it wasn't a weird thing for me. I don't have any gas later where I taste them and they don't have an aftertaste. I stored them in my cabinet. I highly recommend them and think they are so worth it! I'll keep purchasing these for a long time.

When I first started taking this vitamin I wasn't seeing a change but I realized my nails were growing super long and hard. Before this product my nails would always break when it gets to a certain length. This vitamin gives me healthy nails.

I feel like it really helped me not be as sick as I normally would be around this time of year. They are a small sized pill and easy to swallow. They are whole-food femented Zinc your body can recognize, blended with superfood herbs including Elderberry. The pills come in a glass bottle with a plastic lid. The lid is easy to get on and off. There is 15 mg of Zinc, 1.5 mg copper, 12 mg Cardio Support Blend, 11.2 mg Immune Support Blend, 11.2 Digestive Support Blend, 1.5 mg Ginger and 1.3 mg Organic Turmeric. You take one tablet a day and can even take it on a empty stomach. The pills help with immune support and your skin. I have noticed such a wonderful change with my immune system and my skin. Fermented Zinc has 1.6 times better bioavailability than the non-fermented form. These have been the best Zinc tablets that i have ever taken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as an incentive to review. I actually love everything about these, except that they have soy. Everything has soy anymore. It's so bad for us to consume a lot of soy because it reacts in our body as estrogen. I think they work great, though. They do have an herb smell and taste, but I find them easy to swallow. I love the other ingredients in this with the zinc that are good for you, like the Hawthorn, for example. I would have given this 5 stars if it didn't have soy. I recommend otherwise.

Can take anytime. Other zinc o have to take on a full belly, otherwise it causes me to be nauseous. This has been much easier to take whenever! I wish the dose was higher.. as I'm used to taking 50ml a day.

I was in awe at the production of new chapter supplements: till I came across fermented zinc and great product but but one of the ingredients that's believed to be very unhealthy Metoldetrin is in fermented zinc this is a starch bad carbon why would they use this filler in any of there product s- which is higher than sugar Glycemix index ranks 120 over 100 rises your glucose so i cannot buy thus product with that filler in it so sorry
