Reishi Mushroom Superfood capsules are easy to take with no after taste. I've taken for a month, at night before bed, and haven't really noticed any difference in how I feel. That said, maybe just haven't taken them long enough or they are just not right for me personally.

This product was alright. Did it work the magic I wanted? Not really. Did it taste and smell a bit funky? Yes it did. Did I feel like a bit of my stress was diminished? Maybe. After researching mushrooms, I found that the ones showing Mycelium are not that good. Most are grown in mycelium that involve growing mycelium on grain, which is then dried and ground into mushroom powder. It's a simpler and faster process, but one that yields a far inferior mushroom supplement. Essentially, the product is mostly grain with some added mushroom mycelium for good measure.
