New Chapter Perfect Calm Multivitamin Tablets, 144 Ct

Helped with my hot flashes (mild and not as frequent). Feel calmer and not as tired all the time. First 3 months took as directed, now only one tab twice a day. No upset stomach. No after taste.

I have used Perfect Calm for the past two years. My last order looked entirely different, they had been slim green tablets now they are large gold ones. New Chapter responded they are the same formula. However, I could tell a difference in being able to sleep as well. Anyone else notice the difference?
