These are the truth
I've loved using this vitamin for 3 months; I've seen a difference, and my hair is growing. I have dyed locs and at the root I have had substantial growth would highly recommend

Simply the BEST!!!
About a year ago a friend insisted I try this vitamin. I'm so glad he did!!! I truly feel the difference when I use this product. I'm definitely hooked. My problem is that I want to try the 40 version since I am 47. But I love this one so much. Sighhhh...this is a good problem to have.

Love New Chapter
I have been using New Chapter vitamins for years now, but I recently switched to this multivitamin because of the hormone balance supplements. It really makes a difference in my mood and I would highly recommend this vitamin.

Easy on the stomach!
I have been taking these for a few years now and swear I can feel a difference. The best part is I can take it on an empty stomach without it sitting like a rock. The quality is consistent and I plan to continue taking them.

Just started these Vitamins 2 weeks ago, will update after 2 months. I have noticed more energy slight stomach issues.

Color/smell change??
I've been taking these for years, and this is the first bottle where the tablets are yellow instead of dark green. The smell is also “off”. New Chapter says they're the same, but I'm not sure how it's possible there wasn't an ingredient change when the look and smell is SO different. The change + the lack of explanation makes me not trust that the quality is still there… Sadly I don't think I'll be buying these anymore.
