I was a little bummed because the sent me the every man version, instead of the women’s. But it’s still a great product. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that I’m horrible at remembering to take supplements, particularly when they need to be taken with food. The fact that this can be taken on an empty stomach is a huge win. I did not experience any nausea or GI discomfort taking these on an empty stomach, and I was expecting to. The tablets themselves are on the larger side (see photo), but the shape makes them go down very easily. I am a gagger—I gag with almost any pill or capsules—and these don’t make me gag. I am also happy to report that I do feel generally more energetic and healthy while taking these. All in all, these were a win and I plan to purchase with my own money when these run out.

I do believe I have more energy and if I have something negative to say about them would be that these are big and I have no problem with that but I would not recommend them to someone who has a problem with swallowing big pills

We all know how some supplements can make you nauseated. I have to say New Chapter Woman’s One Daily Vitamin has changed my mind. Because it is fermented it makes it easier on the stomach and less likely to make you nauseous. Which is a huge plus for me! They are a little bit pricier but they are well worth the price!

When first got these I noticed that the glass bottle didn’t have any cotton packing inside. I poured out the tablets and a majority of them were broken in half or even thirds. I think that the manufacturer could have prevented this had the bottle had the cotton stuffed in the extra space. I like that these are made with organic vegetables and herbs and formulated for absorption. I haven’t noticed much for the immune/energy/stress support but my nails feel much stronger and don’t break as easily. I found these tablets easy to swallow. Even though they smell like vitamins, I didn’t taste it when I took them. I would recommend these vitamins.

But my issue is that theres only 24 vitamins in the bottle, meaning you dont even get a full months worth since its a pill a day. To me thats just irritating... maybe its just a convenience thing but i think it matters.
