New Chapter Zyflamend NightTime Vegetarian Capsules, 60 Ct

Zyflamend Nightime helps me having a restful sleep. Prior to intense workout, I'd take pre-training mix, of high caffeine content and many other stimulants. Thus, even many hours after, it makes me stay alert and awake. So I take 2 caps of Zyflamend Nightime with my protein shake. Apart from getting a good night sleep, I know that this helps in repairing / healing all the sore muscles etc.

Zyflamed Nighttime (used to be Zyflamed PM) is my all time favorite product. Recommended by a friend who had gotten relief for fibromyalgia, I tried it for my self-diagnosed "restless legs syndrome." I had good results, the Valarian relaxed me enough to get to sleep and the other ingredients were beneficial in calming the impulses in my legs.

Never tried this before! Recovering from a brain injury..terrible non sleeping patterns...wonderful sleep and feeling more solid...so pleased with these vitamins!

I have not been sleeping through the night for a while now. I took it last night and had the sleep of my life! I even got woken up at 1am and actually was able to go right back to sleep. I woke up this morning feeling like a million dollars!!!

Immensely enjoyable sleep. I take half the recommended dose (I'm 5'2" and 118lbs) with a cup of tea before bed. I wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready for the day ahead!

Reviewing the modest ingredients, I was skeptical the supplement could help me with my 6 months of poor quality sleep. Nothing else seemed to help and I'd forgotten what it felt like to wake refreshed. When I started taking ZNT, the very first night I noticed a difference. My Fitbit said I went from 23 minutes of deep sleep (my nightly average, and I'm only 39) to over an hour. It has gotten consistently better each night, and I'm now putting up anywhere from 1 to 2 hours of deep sleep. Im walking more refreshed than I have in years. It's truly a godsend. However, since it is the only thing that seems to make a real difference for me I want to take it every night, but am concerned that the package directions say to only take short term. Is this a hard recommendation based on evidence of negative effects? Thank you so much.

I purchased this product a month ago. I haven't had much luck with herbal sleep products, until a friend suggested Zyflamend Nighttime who also suffers from PPMS. The first night I only woke up once to use the bathroom while on earlier nights I woke 5 to 7 times.
