they are a bit expensive for me but i was desperately needing help with swelling and pain after a total knee replacement about 5 months out from surgery both my legs were so bloated and swollen and my ankles where huge and painful i was needing help so i found this and thought maybe it would helpe . i have been taking it now for 4 maybe 5 months i think it does help i haven't stopped taking it to see if i would get worse again? but the massive swelling has gone down over a month of taking the meds and they hardly ever get bloated up unless i am up on them way to long and pushing myself beyond what i should be doing. i think they are wort the money and habe seen a big change by taking this supplement and the pills are easy for me to swallow so thats noce also.

Have not noticed joint pain relief yet. Been taking over a month but maybe more for muscular rather than joint pain.
