I don't like really strong or burnt bitter coffee, I love light medium roast with a hint of flavor, no sugar added or milk. This coffee give me that smoothness and that ever so light hint of chocolate. You can taste the chocolate flavor more if you make it ice coffee, I did it just recently and was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend to anyone that loves mild tasting coffee. Yes it still wakes you up in the morning. Just with more of a smile on your face. Enjoy!!
After many, many years of enjoying plain, black coffee made from beans that I ground myself, I recently switched to this ground chocolate cappuccino coffee. It smells so good while it's brewing! I think the chocolate essence is more in the smell than the actual taste, but that's OK. The hint of chocolate gives this coffee a very smooth texture, so it's not bitter like plain black coffee is. Although I don't mind drinking my coffee plain, I sometimes like to stir in 4 drops of liquid stevia and a splash of heavy cream to make this drink a bit more flavorful and decadent. Not only does this coffee taste good, but also, it is very affordably priced. I usually set my coffee maker each evening to come on automatically the next morning, so that I can wake up to the smell of this yummy coffee. It's a pleasant start to my day, especially if I have to get up early for work.
I like this brand and this flavor. It doesn't taste fake or chemically. I've bought it for the office too and everyone likes it. It's a great price too.
I love this hot and I love it cold. thanks to the flavor, I don't need a sweetener. I'm on my second bag! no more drive thru, I can have great craft coffee at home without extra ingredients. highly recommended
I mix this with decaf hazelnut, then use 6 heaping coffee scoops to make chocolate hazelnut coffee. I then add powdered stevia to the pot, stir, pour into pitcher and refrigerate for my iced coffee. I usually stock up when it goes on sale.
This coffee is delicious. While not the highest quality coffee in the world (whole bean is almost always fresher) this coffee has a delicious chocolate note that really compliments the flavor of it. I enjoy it with milk served chilled over ice
Smooth, low-bitter medium roast, Chocolate flavor is noticeable but usually not overpowering, Works very well as iced coffee, Smells great while brewing, and My “daily” flavored coffee.
It smells and tastes like chocolate. The coffee taste is very mild. I have been mixing it 50/50 with regular coffee in my brew to get more of a coffee flavor, and it's great. I love it!
My stomach is a little sensitive to coffee so I can only drink one cup, this coffee tasted ok, nothing that special. Didn't have much of an aroma in the bag or after brewing, I'd almost say this is just a plain coffee. A little acidity but if you're not sensitive it would be fine for you. I got it at a good price but I still prefer grinding my own beans, just has gotten so expensive.
First of all, it's "good coffee"; that is, the flavoring is not a "cover-up" for second-rate coffee (or worse). It's chocolate-y without being "hot chocolate"... but if you want, add one (or two) squares of chocolate to the bottom of your cup/mug, before you pour the coffee in. I brew in a moka pot (6-cup capacity), but it works fine in a French press (I tried), and I'm sure it'll be the same for a "regular" (basket) coffee maker... just not in an espresso machine (the grounds aren't nearly fine enough). I drink it sweet 'n light (cream), but "you do you".
