overpriced and long delivery
Excellent packaging. The buns arrived totally intact and under damage.
I haven't had these since the last time I was in Maine...50 yrs. ago. We went every summer for 2 weeks to see family. I have no idea why these can't be made everywhere. The hotdog or lobster salad fits in perfect without destroying the bun. You can also toast these on the outside like you would a grilled cheese. Pricey, but it's going to be great comfort food.
It was similar to soft bread... I think I prefer eating hot with a regular bun. Thank you for allowing me to try this. It was a good try.
Purchased these because I was out of hot dog buns. They do the job. I, however, rather my hot dog buns.
I was very disappointed with these Rolls after paying $15.00 . I had ordered Maine lobster meat and wanted these rolls to make lobster rolls. It took a long time to get and when they arrived I put them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. When I went and it to use them there was green mold on 2 of them and the y were not cut evenly. Sorry, I wouldn't order them again. Maybe a different brand. The Box said: Box of Maine when they arrived . Sadly, Barbara Pennell
The buns arrived surprisingly fresh. There were 6 buns costing 14.00 very pricey. Quality control is lacking as two of the buns were slice on the edge rather than through the middle making them useless for stuffing lobster meat. So I ended up with 4 rolls at over $3.00 each.
They never arrived and I cannot figure out how to get a refund. I am done ordering anything from Wal-Mart that has to be shipped!!
Rolls are very very very small, a typical hotdog bun is bigger! The price for the size is FAR TOO EXPENSIVE! Very disappointing to say the least!
Bread was moldy, will look else where next time.
