Great System!

Cugino November 5, 2012

I have only had this unit for a few days and love it. Since then I have added an additional phone and now have 3 phones. This replaces a Panasonic cordless system with one phone that I had for years. Technology has really improved. The sound quality is excellent on both ends of a conversation. I talked with someone on the other side of the country and they said I sounded as if I were standing next to them. The large screen is easy for me to see the ID of who is calling and the large numbers are easy to see. When people leave a message their voices are clean and easy to understand. The phone book holds 70 contacts which is more then I care to use and even have fast food delivery restaurants programmed in. The talking caller ID leaves a lot to be desired as the recorded voice just cannot pronounce many of the names. It is actually comical and my wife and I get a good laugh out of it. The bottom line is that overall the quality is excellent and it is a very good price!

Glad to find this phone

Shine4Son January 18, 2013

The phones are lightweight, the names and numbers on the screen are easy to read, and the buttons work without needing to push hard. Especially like that there is essentially an extra phone on the main base. If the phone can't be located, you can answer by putting the main base on speakerphone. You can also call out on the main base on speakerphone. The voice that announces who is calling has some strange pronunciations, but I have no problem with that. Very happy with this purchase.

I love the voice caller ID and the large display

Sysop7 June 6, 2013

I bought this for my son because of the voice caller ID, large easy to read display and large buttons that are easy to read and push. The speaker phone works great and the phone can stand upright while you use your hands.

Gift Phone

bobcswife February 9, 2013

Bought this phone for my in-laws- we kept getting cut-off when we would talk... I think the rechargable batteries on their old phone were about shot!!... at least I hope that's what was happening!!? (heh heh) I just talked to Dad the other day and asked him about this phone, and he said it seemed to be working well- didn't get to talk with Mom, but sounded good from our end of the line- my husband said "it sounded much clearer- their old phone sounded like they were a million miles away" so guess this was a good purchase- price+ shipping was certainly great.

This Model has every feature I like...

YaYaFlint July 15, 2013

I origanally got the KX-4732 Model, but the owner book showed this model in it too, & this one had a few extra features on it that I wanted, so I took it back & got this one. I have been very pleased with it for the most part. It took me a little while toi get the hang of how it works, but pretty easy to set it up. The batteries seem to last a lot longer than my old phone (A uniden - 4 yrs. old that died). I have owned a lot of Panasonic products & been pleased. This does have an adjustment on the side-top to adjust the volume up or down, also can use a headset to connect to the handsets. This model has a keypad/speakerphone on the base along with an answering machine & two handsets . This phone you will be pleased with, I know I am. This model stores 70 contacts. Being it is a 6.0 PLUS you can buy a seperate gadget that you use with this model that increases the distance you can go away from the base to still receive good reception, it has to be purchase it seperately. The batteries are two mAh- AAA's that are better than those battery packs of old.

I couldn't be happier with this phone!

26DC89 November 9, 2013

I read the reviews and they were right on target. This is a great phone! It's very easy to use and the handset is a nice comfortable size. I didn't want one of those small phones that you can't prop on your shoulder when you need to. It also has a speakerphone. The handset lights up, the buttons are a nice size and it has excellent volume, which can be adjusted! Caller ID both written and spoken-which I find handy when I can't run and pick it up. The answering machine is great too. The directions are very clear. It's just a great phone with many nice, practical features. I had it in no time when I ordered it on line and had it shipped to my home....Fantastic service!

Love this phone and the different functions it has. I recently purchased this phone and so far working great. I rate this phone excellent because it's easy to program, does not loose it's charge fast like other phones I've purchased in the past. I also love the answering function in which You can turn it on or off. The price is excellent because I've paid more for a not so nice cordless phone with only one handset. You will be satisfied purchasing this phone!

Panasonic Brand is the best Telephone of all

MaMitchell February 19, 2014

I purchased this via Wal-Mart.com on the 16th of Feb 2014, not in our local store. It was a bit cheaper roll back! I gave &68.99 plus tax. delivered so fast, like 2 or 3 days, UPS. I love Panasonic, my old one is still working, but pads getting bad, bought in Sept. 2006. This phone is amazing. I got the wrong book inside the box, it does NOT have my model # in it. I called Panasonic, RUDE, RUDE, & the auto system to get to talk to a human took multiple times. The base was not dialing out, so I did not know how to work it, so you have to hit speaker to dial off the base. That should save you some trouble on that from having to call. The large buttons are GREAT to see! I would have give the phone a five, but the customer service @ Panasonic is horrible. It has easy settings, not complicated like v-tech & uniden are jokes. It has voice answering to say who is calling,(male voice) The face @ top shows date & time, it has energy star on it & many more features, so I am very happy with this phone. Too bad the customer service is hard to reach & a nightmare & rude people! Outside of customer service being so hard to get to reach just to speak to a rude person, the Phone is wonderful! Panasonic & GE are the best phones, the rest are NOT worth your time & money! The only thing, I do not like the orange looking in background of the numbers. I would have preferred blue or white, like the top part where the Time & date is located. These use Ni-MH AAA batteries, not the packet that you plug-in. The voice is a male voice that answers, when placed on answering for your machine to screen calls. Also, you can set greet only! Wonderful PHONE! If I can I will always purchase Panasonic phones or GE! Happy/w PHONE!

No problems so far

yogahelps2 May 12, 2013

We've had the phone only a couple of weeks and so far it works well. Although it has a wall-mounting bracket, it would stick out about 4 inches and look funny. We just set it on our kitchen counter. We do not have caller ID, but sometimes the caller's name appears--not sure how that works. We haven't really tested the range or many of the features. We only needed the two handsets cuz in our upstairs bedrooms we have two, old corded phones that continue to work just fine.
