HAPINESS AFTER A THOUSAND YEARS
What can you say about such a classic that has not yet been said? It was sad to see Dr. Egon Spengler, PhD, doing the X-Ray thing and finding nothing wrong with Bill, not the rodent. It is a movie that makes you feel there is a purpose to life and that the meaning of life is trying to find the beauty in everything, even if it takes -or perhaps because it does- a thousand years. Put it in the machine, get a glass of Chianti, sit back and dream....

If every day in your Retirement Home seems the same, this is the movie to snap you out of it. Keep trying every day and things will get better.

Defining a Generation
Once every millenium, a film confronts a civilization and makes them rethink their world. That film is Groundhog Day. Bill Murray embodies the trials and tribulations of the 90s generation, as he struggles through a repitious existence. Kantian ethics meet Nietsche's nihilistic banter in these 90 minutes of transcedental bliss. Groundhog Day shall be rembered throughout the ages as a work of art that demanded change and restructure in our society.

An Annual Event
We watch Groundhog Day on Groundhog Day every year. This year our DVD went missing and so we reordered the 15th Anniversary Edition and LOVE IT!!! Has special features that our other DVD didn't have. This movie is fun, entertaining, funny and a classic in our home.
