Great gaming laptop for the price !
So happy with this purchase. My daughter needed a gaming laptop, and this one fits all of her needs perfectly so far it has worked very well. Battery life is great. We also ordered a cooling pad which is going to help with battery life, and overall life of the laptop she is super happy with us, and I am happy with the purchase! A .

Perfect!
This laptop is a great purchase for the price. You can do light gaming. The speed and graphics work as expected. There is plenty of storage. The only negative would be the battery life but if you connect while using more battery draining apps it is fine. We purchased the cooling fan to protect from overheating and all has been working great. No complaints so far. Would recommend!

Everything is great about this laptop except the battery life. unless just scrolling through social media make sure you're close to a power source. battery will drain in about an hour gaming. have played a variety of games, including sims, and hogwarts legacies no issues. great laptop overall for the price. very happy with it.

Good hardware but support was lacking
The hardware itself is excellent and since there were so many variations of the same model, I got the right advice in selecting the correct variation for my needs. But thereafter the problems started. I got NO HELP from HP Technical help in installing Win 11. Things like converting EFI partition to NTFS, I had to DIY with help from YouTube. But finally have got everything working and happy with the outcome.
