new phone
this was an unlocked new phone. the only problem i had was us cellular refused to transfer my contacts over to it.

Nope
Sold as an unlocked model. Took it to a local Cricket store. Then told me it was a "locked" phone. Took it home, then back to Walmart for a full refund. Bought a Cricket Debut Flex for 1/3 the cost.
