Quick delivery. Easy install. Great price
I needed to replace my battery backup so I ordered online. Arrived as expected, found YouTube video on how to change it...simple and easy.
After 10 years the battery backup needed replacing. Ordered the new battery and fit perfectly. On to the next 10 years.
To lift master original replacement battery will last longer than third-party batteries. My original LiftMaster battery finally had to be replaced seven years after our system was installed.
Battery arrived in good condition and appeared to be fully charged. Have not installed yet but the sizing and descriptionare correct.
It is nice to know that in a power failure we will still be able to open our garage door... With the battery back up and the MyQ internet hub, we have the ability to open our garage door in a power failure and remotely all other times...
Pros: Competitive price even including the nominal shipping charge. Delivered promptly. Cons: They do not provide for recycling the old batteries. I was very surprised to not see a return shipping label for that purpose. I called and was told they dont recycle.
I am surprised that I'm asked for a review .... as I haven't received the shipment yet. I will refrain from answering anything lease at this time.
Buying the battery online and installing it was easy. However, I ordered ovenight shipping, and it took from shipping out Friday morning until Wednesday afternoon to receive the battery. Your customer service rep (Apolonia) did a fine job refunding me the extra $15 you charged me for overnight delivery (although it took 20 minutes on the phone to make that happen). Now, though, I see you've hit my credit card for another $1.00 charge. What this is for, I am not at all sure. Would you please find out what you're charging me for now, and why? I am not happy that it took so long to get the battery, and I'm not happy at all about this additional charge.
The battery I received does NOT look new. It was in a box sealed with tape which was odd because I ordered a new battery. When I opened the box, the battery was dusty and dirty. The plastic lead covers were loose in the bottom of the box. I don't think there is any reason to even install this battery.
