Definitely potent. But too potent for me to digest. Had to return.
I ordered these elderberry gummies because elderberry can strengthen your immune system and also help you recover faster from a cold or the flu. They taste good and since they are gummies, it is easy for me to get my children to take them as well. I was a little unsure how much elderberry is in each serving, because the picture on the product page is unclear. However, once I received the bottle I could see what each serving contains 270mg of elderberry. Keep in mind that a serving is 2 gummies, so the bottle only contains 30 servings.
These elderberry gummies are great! They are the only one I have found that are sweetened without sugar. Perfect for my keto lifestyle! Plus, they are delicious!

Definitely a great product, Simple as simple can be to be healthy. Great Tasting and no by-products to worry about.

Assuming that the elderberries do as reported I don't have any complaints. The are a good size and taste good. Sugar free is a bonus.

I've been hearing a lot about elderberries and wasn't sure what to expect. However, with the winter ending and spring beginning, this really has made a difference in how I've been feeling. I've been taking these for a few months now and noticed that I didn't have the bad cold that I get every winter. This is a really good supplement.
I bought these gummies after I read an article that it might help keep us from catching a cold if taken before a plane ride and cruise. Since we haven't gone on the cruise just yet, I can say they taste good and I'm hoping they do keep us from catching any colds, etc. I would recommend these gummies.
