It's the Real Thing
This remote is an exact match to the one that was mysteriously ‘thrown away'. It worked right out of the box and didn't require any complicated set-up or pairing.

Original remote replacement revives TV functions
I was very happy to find and buy this item. It allowed me to use an abandoned flat-screen TV and prevented me from searching for this remote at thrift store bins or unknown internet sites. The price was much lower than my other choice of an all-purpose remote that would be hard to program. The remote came in the mail faster than expected. I am completely pleased.

AWESOME
The remote arrived within the time frame as promised. It worked right out of the wrapper. Put in some batteries and no problem. Pleased that I dont need to replace the TV. The TV is 8 years old and didnt have to get a universal remote. I emailed the manufacturer gave them the model number and they in turn gave me two options. The remote made for the TV and a universal remote. Easy choice at that point. LUDOS to Insignia. I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon and had aresponse that evening, Cant beat customer service like that.

New remote is improved over the original
This remote looks exactly like the one that came with the TV. However, the remote has been improved. When pressing any button, there is more of a positive feel and you know that you pressed hard enough.
