I love my controller, although it did take a long time maybe a week or two to come, but it looks brand new. It works perfectly fine but the thing is that it didn't come with batteries, which I'm not sure if they usually do or don't, but other than that All I have to complain about the shipping time with it

Works almost exactly like original
It looks almost exactly like the original remote, works perfectly. Very easy to take off the battery backing and put it back on. Little lighter than the original and buttons are a but softer and all work perfectly. Extremely satisfied for the price and quality!

Not the same as the original.
The website photo of the Samsung original remote does not match the product I received. It has limited functionality compared with the original. For example, there is no button to control the TV input. Also, it comes with no instructions. It took me some time to figure out how to raise and lower the TV volume. There is no up or down button. One button does both and it's fussy to operate. If your original is lost or broken, then this replacement will work, but don't expect it to be as intuitive.
