New Original OEM Battery for LG G3 BL-53YH

My battery had died so I checked a local store to see they wanted $25 for a replacement, and that's got me checking Walmart. I was a little weary after reading reviews but am so glad I purchased because I got me a great working battery while saving money. This battery has been staying charged a great amount of time even while I'm using the phone, and charges up fairly fast. I'm very pleased with it and recommend it. That little tear on the back was done by me on accident & did not arrive like that.

Battery was purchased for LG G3 cell. Exactly what is needed for this cell and much less than other vendors asking for same product.

I ordered this because the manufacturer date shown on the battery on the website was 2016. The battery that was sent has a manufacturer date of 2014. I've purchased 2 others through other sites that came to me with a manufacturer date of 2014, and both have only lasted a few months. I was excited to find a company with newer replacements. What a disappointment when I received it. I suppose the positive is I only spent 8 instead of the 34 that LG was asking for.

Dear Merchant: I realize that this is an after market generic product. This battery you sent me shows 2015.04.07 (L) as a stamped date. Totally defective. Wouldn't charge. It makes my LG G3 turn on and off every 2 seconds in an endless loop. I will not blame you for this defective battery as someone else actually made it. However, you should test BEFORE you ship it out to the paying customers. It may be a bit of additional work, but I think it will pay off for your business as well in the long run.

Ordered two (2) new OEM batteries BL-53YH from American Cellular. BOTH batteries were defective. American Cellular immediately sent out a replacement....for only one of the batteries. Still waiting on the 2nd. I will not order from them again. Only "bright spot" was that the original order arrived quicker than expected.
