I am very satisfied with this purchase. It was for my granddaughter she got a Vizio flat screen tv without the remore control and as soon as she got it in the mail she put the AAA batteries and the remote worked instantly on her tv. She is very happy.
I was having a problem with my old remote connecting to the TV without it being needed to hold it at just the right angle, or having to get up out of my couch and walk closer to the screen in order to get the remote command to cause the TV to respond. I would frequently change batteries to make sure it wasn't just a weak power issue. Nothing was working anymore. So when I ordered the new remote it was like operating a new TV! No peculiar angles needed to aim at the TV; no "just right" distances to monkey with; and no peculiar finger needed to execute the remote control function you wanted! I just hold it out next to me, and every command is executed perfectly the first time! Problem solved!
easy to use as it is almost the same as the original. just more buttons. no programming, no problem with this remote.
I purchased the remote for my mom, too replace her old one. It's easy for her to use, and lightweight.
I like that I didn't need a code for it to work. I just pointed it at the tv and after a few presses of the on/off button, it worked great!
TV remote replacement, works the same as the original remote.
Remote is cheaply made and falls apart easily, no different than other Vizio products unfortunately. Watch the back coming off around littles, we found my baby playing with a battery. It'll last for a few months then I'll be back on here buying another one like before
It did not come with any instructions. I contacted the company that sold it and did not get a response. If you are computer savvy you may know how to set it up. Otherwise, I would not recommend buying it.
I ordered and received 2 Instructions when ordered (none included with product) said insert batteries, point at TV and enjoy. I put in batteries, pointed at TV nothing worked Would not even turn on.
Never received my item Walmart doesn't help you with it they tell you it was from a different marketplace seller they don't help you and refund you I will no longer be shopping at Walmart
