This replacement remote works great on my older Philips flat screen, the original remote started to lose some of the button functions (like ON/OFF)... so now I once again control the TV and re-scan the free broadcast channels. The price was right and worth the gamble; so I canceled my cable service! The buttons are a lot smaller tho, no backlight and and there are some features that I don't use- but my wife has figured it out and I am cool again!

Works perfectly
We were so worried that we would not find a remote that works for our tv. When I came across this item I just hoped that it would be what I expected, and it was! The ONLY thing we had to do was place batteries in it. BOOM! We were back in business! Yay! Hopefully its down for the long run!

This OEM replacement remote works without any problems.
Package was not in original box and no instructions on how to operate or set up the remote
