I had tried 2 other remotes thinking it was something wrong with the remotes. So I sent it back and order this one. It work perfectly with my TV a Philips. I didn't have to set it up. It came ready to use. Thank you. ❤️

literally just like the remote that came with the TV. But unlike the remote that came with TV this 1 doesnt come with Batteries and I hate how slow Walmart shipping is. But the remote was well worth the money.

When I received the remote and opened the padded envelope I could see it had been smashed as one side was two pieces but the other side was still attached somehow. Anyway it doesn't work so now I have another useless remote lying around.
