Fast %26 Accurate
I ordered the steelbook of the latest Ghostbusters movie. My order was fulfilled accurately with the steelbook version and the movie was delivered within three days of ordering. Now all I have to do is sit back and watch the movie.

Even though the steelbook did arrive undamaged this time envelopes usually come with damaged movies inside from shipping

Awesome, third installment
Such a fun movie to watch, the 4K is phenomenal and the Dolby Atmos is suburb. The book looks so great.

Decent movie for what its worth but you can never top a original. The steel book is nice could have been a little better.

Walmart doesn't understand pre-orders
I pre-ordered this movie from Walmart months in advance. I checked back on release day to find my order delayed with no explanation as to why. I can order it live from the app but you can't ship my pre-ordered item out on time? I bought it on Amazon and it arrived the next day. I “requested cancellation” only to find out that Walmart isn't sure they can cancel my order because it may be in the process of being shipped. How does any of that make sense?? Cancel my order and release your hold on my funds. You didn't ship the order so I don't get why you cannot just cancel it. Two straight poor experiences with a PRE-ORDER. Pre-orders determine demand, so when accepting a pre-order make sure you purchase enough to meet the demand. Then when you fail at meeting the demand don't tell me you aren't sure you can cancel because the item may have shipped. It either did or it didn't.
