Easily the best of many disparate collections which are available by topic. This is the complete range, all in chronological order, and nicely remastered.

Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk
Either people love the Stooges or they hate them. I myself am the former. Have been a fan for a long long time. Since they have put them out in the order they were released this is a great archive of the boys. I love that they put the dvds out in this matter. Video and sound quality are just like they were brand new. A must see for the true Stooge in you.

Transition Years For the Stooges
Curly got too sick to work any longer, so his brother Shemp - the original 3rd stooge - returns. Watch for a cameo by Curly in "Hold That Lion". It was the only short in which all three Horwitz brothers appeared. (There WAS another appearance by Curly in a later short, but it was gone in final editing. Too bad. I for one would've loved to see it). Video and audio quality of all the shorts is superb due to remastering.

Clasic Comedy
They don't make comedy like the Stooges! My son is an avid Stooges watcher and this was the last set he needed to complete the entire Stooges collection! He first saw the Stooges at 3 yrs old and laughed so hard I have never forgotten it. He has been a fan ever since.

Best for true fans!
The last 10 Curly shorts and the first 15 (out of 78!) Shemp shorts all cleaned up in Excellent quality. If I were to have one gripe...it would be that Sony really did not need to put their logo after EVERY single end credit. I Love the Stooges... but I'm sick of the Sony logo! On the box and at the beginning is ENOUGH!

At last
When I was younger I saw a lot of the shorts and movies. In my older years I have seen a lot on TV. There are some that are not on TV so buying the three year sets make it possable to see all of them as much as I want, when ever I want.
