Pretty impressed with the fact I've dreamt of having a device like this for a long time but never took action to find out where to get it, etc etc. and since I do photography and need flash some times, I've always used Energizer rechargeable batteries but the whole time I wasn't aware of the battery lives themselves and this is exactly how I check it. So happy! Now I don't have to have this thought ever again.
Everything in the house now runs on batteries. Clocks, flashlights, smoke detectors, etc. I need something to help me check my stash of batteries and this device fits the bill. Inexpensive, easy to read and seems to be very accurate. Have recommended this device to family members.
I have been using it now for 3 mo. and it works great and is easier to use and more accurate than others I have had.
I love this one because it actually tells you if the battery is good or bad. It tests all batteries 9 volt, AA, AAA, C, D, watch batteries.
simple..easy to use..works
Works great and I'm finally able to go through all the random batteries I find around the house! I absolutely love it!
Easy to use
The batteries I wanted checked all showed low or medium good and some bad. The first group didn't have enough juice for high demand devices, but would work on other things so I saved them. It was easy to use and small so easy to store. I have a large baggie with my tester and two smaller baggies inside it with 'good' and 'bad'. When I do recycle, I put in the bad ones. The bottom line is for the cost, it was great-- and all the sizes easy to check.
Seemed cheaply made, but shouldn't expect better for the price.
poor design as you manuver to balance AAA OR AA BATTERIES in the slot. The thumb slide is not on a spring to snug the battery placement...slip and slide. Nope. not a good purchase for me.
