The remote is worth the money just have to put the batteries in and it's ready to use unlike other universal remotes that require you to search a code

Phillips tv remote
Exactly what we wanted! Need all channels %26 a description of oncoming shows so far so good! No directions %26 no batteries but arrived on time. My husband liked that!

Missing a Remote
The fact that my order was a two pack and i only received one remote. My other order was correct and i got two remotes for the Vizzo TV but not for the Phillips TV. The buttons are ha3mrd to push but liked the fact that the remote was already programmed that made my life easy.

Overall most of the products are good. I've read to return or refund several items because of poor or no packaging and no instructions. It makes me very leary of ordering from Walmart vendors. Also the lack of available items that i ordered

It does NOT work
It does not work. It will not control my tv even though my tv is one of the listed tvs that it works with. Brand new batteries. I do NOT recommend this to anyone.
