Outdoor Grill
Nice high quality drop in outdoor grill. Would recommend to anyone needing any of the New Age products.

Great grill!
Grill is great overall! Heats up quickly, we use it 2-3 times a week, ignitor always starts and food is cooked evenly. installation was pretty easy. Delivery was pretty straightforward, the driver arrived within the window they provided and without damages. Its a pretty heavy grill so we needed two of us to get it into the backyard. We're happy with it and will be doing our garage next.

Quality and style
This is the best grill i have ever owned. The quality and durability is incredible. Oven stays at an even temp and the cabinet will last for years to come.

Solid product
Solid product. My only complaint would be the amount of protective wrapping that you have to take off. Took a couple of hours.

Grill doesn't work with any sort of wind...
I live in Oklahoma where a nice day has a steady breeze of 8-10 mph...well, you can't use this grill AT ALL in a north/south configuration with any wind. The gap in the back is huge and will burn the living daylights out of your fingers on the knobs (which they claim will void your warranty to use in wind)....why was this not mentioned up front??!! This makes my planned kitchen design useless in my patio because of where we live. They suggest a wind screen but nothing available on the site. The cabinets are great and beautiful, the grill is a horrible disappointment and waste of money. I could have found a better grill elsewhere if I knew this was going to be the issue.

The worst customer service
Product is ok but the shipping process and customer service is a nightmare. Sent the wrong product but do not take responsibility. I have followed multiple times but no one provides any help. You can get a better product and experience elsewhere
